Flat Rate Parcel Standard Shipping Offer

Flat rate shipping fee structure is:

  • $14.99 for orders $100.00 and under
  • $19.99 for orders between $100.01 - $250.00
  • $24.99 for orders between $250.01 - $500.00
  • Orders over $500.00 use standard shipping rates

Offer applies to small pack items up to 50 lb using standard ground shipping and excludes large boxes/items, expedited freight, special delivery services, products shipped via truck and oversized shipments.

* Flat Rate and Free Shipping applies to orders being shipped within the contiguous United States only. - some exceptions apply.

Due to size and/or weight, some items and brands may be excluded from free shipping and will be cleary marked as such.

Expedited orders placed after 1:00 pm Pacific time are not guaranteed to ship the same day. 

We cannot ship pressurized, flammable or hazardous goods via air; check any good's product specifications for more information.

Freight Shipments:

Any order required to ship via LTL/ Freight is only valid for free shipping if the order is shipping to a commercial address. Any customer with a residential delivery address, or that requires additional services will be contacted and given the opportunity to pay for those services.

Freight Claims: 

Customers are responsible for inspecting shipments upon receipt. Any damage or shortage to a shipment must be noted accordingly on the delivery receipt/ticket at the time of delivery. The delivery receipt and the inspection report or, a waiver of inspection statement, need to be submitted to Apex Industrial Supply upon filing the freight claim. Apex Industrial Supply. We will not accept any freight claim that does not meet these criteria.

Shipping Discrepancies / Damaged Product:

Must notify us via (661) 695-6336 within 72 hours of receipt.

Drop Shipping

Drop Shipments from a supplier may be subject to sales tax for the State or municipality where the shipment originates.

Prepaid Orders:

You may either use a Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express. Personal checks may be held for 7 days, therefore a slight delay in shipping may result.

Waiver and Warranty:

Apex Supply Group will repair or replace any product manufactured by Apex Supply Group found upon our inspection to be defective in workmanship or material within 90 days from the date of purchase. Apex Supply Group will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of any product we sell.  The user shall determine the suitability and safety of any product for its intended use, and the user assumes all responsibility and risk in connection therein.

Returns:

No returns accepted without prior approval. Item must be in new/unopened condition. The customer is to be responsible for return shipping charges, and a restocking fee of 20% will be charged unless offsetting order is being placed. No returns accepted on special order items.

Refunds:

Absolutely no refunds after 30 days from ship date.
